Croudace Finance Ltd arranged a loan within a week from first application, to assist an existing client to complete his purchase. The customer was let down by a mainstream lender and Croudace Finance was able and willing to step in and provide funds.
The project was to convert a ground floor shop and basement into apartments. Security was a first charge over the property that already had planning consent.
